When can I expect to receive my order?
Most packages will ship from our warehouse in 1-2 working days from the day an order is received. Once shipped, please allow 7-10 days for delivery. Exceptions are: special order items; they can take 2-3 weeks for delivery. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders must be received by 11:30 a.m. CT for the order to ship the same day. If received after 11:30 a.m., the order will likely ship the following day.
Why is tax being added to my order?
Simplicity has facilities and personnel in California, Florida, Missouri, New Jersey, Minnesota, Texas, and Wisconsin. As a result, effective January 1, 2003, it is necessary for tax to be charged on orders placed with Simplicity and shipped to CA, FL, MO, NJ, MN, TX, and WI. Some states (WI, MN, TX) require tax be collected on shipping also. |
